a soft invitation to prepare for our morning together
thank you for joining this gathering. here is everything you need to know before we come together — please read through, and reach out with any questions at all.
what to bring
to support your experience, you’re gently invited to bring:
- a journal + pen
- any meaningful item (a crystal, photo, keepsake, etc)
- a water bottle
- an open heart and willingness to slow down
please know these are all optional and everything else will be provided [we have yoga mats at the space but you're always welcome to bring your own]
what to expect
- gentle breath and intuitive movement
- oracle cards, journaling, and reflection
- meaningful conversation and connection
- quiet space to rest, reflect, or simply be
- optional one-on-one support and gentle energy work
- earth-infused water and seasonal touches
- a warm, come-as-you-are atmosphere
personal responsibility & release
by attending this gathering, you acknowledge:
- you are participating voluntarily and are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
- this gathering is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
- you release the facilitator (kenna o'maley) from any liability related to your participation.
how to prepare
- arrive about 10 minutes earlythis gives you time to settle in, get comfortable, and arrive unhurried before we begin together.
- unplug for a little whilesilence your phone and give yourself permission to let the outside world wait for a couple of hours.
- please avoid alcohol, marijuana, and other recreational substances beforehandarriving with a clear mind allows you to be more present with yourself and the experience.
- eat something gentle beforehanda light breakfast before we gather will keep you comfortable and nourished through the morning.
- wear clothing you feel comfortable income as you are. cozy layers are always encouraged, and something you can move gently in.
a final note
this is a space to soften. to listen. to come home to yourself.
always remember, there is nothing you need to perform or prove here.
just come as you are.
